UCCI will only invoice you for coverage periods through April 30, 2012. If you have received an invoice from UCCI and are currently enrolled in eBill, you may logon to pay your bill.
If you are not currently enrolled in eBill, please submit payment to the address on the invoice.
NOTE: For coverage beginning May 1, 2012, the new TDP dental contractor will invoice you separately.
